Transformers - RipIt4Me Dummy Sector Problems

    Hey Im just getting into backing up dvds so i got a question. I was using DVDFab to decrypt my dvds and worked for some but not all like Transformers. So yesterday I downloaded RipIt4Me and used it for my Transformers movie, when it needed to insert a dummy sector it did and went through without a problem. But when I went to play it on my dvd where ever the dummy sector was installed for some reason it skiped about 3-5 minutes of the movie.There was 3 sectors intstalled and it did it all 3 times. Can anyone help me with this. Thanx
