The tray on my cd-rw won't open, but if I slide it out of the case a couple of inches and tap it on the top it opens right up. I replaced the IDE cable and hooked it to a different power cable and that didn't solve the problem. If I install another cd-rom in its place, the cd-rom works fine. Anybody ever run into this before? Thanks.
