First of all you should get:-

    Spybot S&D at:- http://www.safer-networking.org/?page=download

    Ad-aware SE at:- http://www.lavasoft.de/

    Aluria Spyware Eliminator at:- http://www.aluriasoftware.com/homeproducts/spyware/

    SpySweeper at:- http://www.webroot.com/land/land-spysweeper6_6.php?rc=325

Those 4 programs should take care of any trojans/virus/bots/malware -- HOWEVER should you be infected by one that is very NEW -- You should visit the specialists at :- http://www1.spywareinfo.com/articles/hijacked/

Where AFTER you have used the above programs and had no results -- you will be helped.

Since the trojan is in the System Restore Directory, the programs wont be able to delete it.

The best way is to Disable System Restore (Right Click My Computer, Left Click Properties, Click System Restore tab, take away tick)
    Then restart the comptuer.

Run an online virus scan @ http://housecall.antivirus.com to make sure you dont have any viruses, then Enable System Restore again.

Get some spyware removals, because main antivirus sowtware detect it but do not clead. I am bored from these "cannot be deleted".
