I've gone through all of the guides and several pages of searching this forum and nothing seems to quite address my particular problem. I've got a movie in 2 SVCD segments. I use Roxio DVD Builder and it's telling me that this movie will take up something like 5.9G of space, far too much for my 4.7G DVDs. I thought maybe DVD Shrink would shorten the files, but the guide says it needs a VOB file which isn't in the .bin files.

Is there any way to squeeeeze these down to fit on one DVD?

The reason you've found nothing on Roxio here is that Roxio deposits more crap on anything remotely associated with DVD backups than anyone person should have to bear.

When you get rid of Roxio "cleanly" - stop back and then we can hook you up with a guide -

I wasn't looking for anything on Roxio. I wanted to know how to squeeze this movie onto one disk.

You should be able to use DVD Shrink to open up your image file and then compress it to your needed 4.36GB size. Go to "file", then "Open Disc Image" -

    Good Luck -
