Up until recently, all my video editing programs worked great, and about a month ago, one started crashing on me, then another, then another, and now, none of them work. The one that started crashing first was Movie Maker, now all my programs, Roxio Easy Media Creator 8, Ulead videostudio 9, blaze media pro, all give me the error reporting and debug window when i try to edit video. They open fine, but as soon as i try to save a compilation, if it even stays open long enough to attempt that, they go bye bye. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do about that? Do i have to install or uninstall some codecs or something? Let me know if ya'll got any suggestions on what i could try Thanks
you need to contact their support team, if they do good business, they will offer the assistance you need.i have a imtoo program and i have contacted their support for several times and they indeed replied as advertised on their site. an excellent service team is as important as the good quality of the product. do not hesitate, wirte to their support and ask for the service you deserved.
