trouble with my dbox

hi all newby here, help needed i bought a dbox 12months ago plug and play, fitted it all is well but for some strange reason the last couple of day's i am unable to watch sky sports or the movie channels, any help would be greatfull,

 

Do a re-scan, it should pick them up again.

You will have 2 sets for the movie channels though as they have an "enter pin" screen.

 

yep just on with the scan now, will keep you posted of the result

 

finished the scan, i have sky sport1/2/3 but no sky movies?

 

They'll be under differnt names, they might be somewhere you aren't expecting them to be lol.

 

yep you were right under different names sorted now all tuned in, thank's to all you that help'd me sort out my problem, regards andy.
