Ok well let me tell you what im trying to do first. I'm trying to use a tv tuner to send video over the internet to my phone using orb. I have a Pinnacle 330e/800e tuner that is ATSC and NTSC usb. My computer is a Windows XP proffesional, 2.8 ghz, 1 GB ram. My Graphics card is however really old.... when I try to use the tv tuner, my video is extremely choppy, auido and video aren't on sync. BTW my cpu is at 95-100% the entire time. So what do you think the culprit is? It works fine on my windows vista dual core labtop. Thanks again.
well just as an update. My cpu wasn't fast enough which surprised me until, I installed a pinnacle program and it told me my tuner is an hd tuner capturing at very high resolutions. So im off to take another try with a different tuner.
