Ok lets start at the beginning. This pc was prebuilt for vista. I recently (yesterday) reformatted it with xp pro sp3. The dvd drive only has firmware/drivers/w.e for cd rw but has dvd rw powers. It can view whats on it but not run it. It also can not write. I was wondering if anyone could help me find firmware. Samsung and Toshiba websites failed me and so did there TSST site. I had found a website with its model drivers but the bin i downloaded says its damaged. Any help is thanked in advance. P.S. its a eMachines W3619
