That wouldn't work. Those products act as a "switch" so to speak. All the products that operate off a timer like those are products that are on whenever electricity flows through them. For example, a microwave is plugged in to a outlet, timer kicks on microwave turns on. There is no start button to the microwave it just turns on when power is sent through it. Now for a PC theirs juice running to the PC whenever its plugged in whether it is on or not but one must physically hit he "On/Off" button to complete the circuit. Heres the best way I found to do what you want to do... Also check the BIOS of your pc to see if you have a wake up and shutdown option.
