Question TV Box for in-browser video streaming

Sorry if this is a noob question.
I am looking to buy a Mini PC or Android TV box (for minimum cost) for one purpose only - to watch streaming video in the browser.

There are some TV/Movie websites I use (primewire) & ideally I would like to run Chrome with Adblock & use this website on a 24" 1080p TV

I currently use a media centre PC with Mint, but I would like a small dedicated box & use the PC for something else.
I also have a raspberry pi, which works, but it's slow & frustrating, so would like something faster.

There seems to be info lacking about how to do this or what boxes are capable - some don't even seem to have a browser.

Can you point me in the right direction as to what specs or devices I should look at?
