Tv through pc question ?

AFternoon all

Quick question

i have my pc running through a samsung tv as opposed to a monitor

is there any way i can connect up a monitor to the same pc aswell so i could use the pc ( for example when someone is watching the tv could i use the monitor the other side of the room ? )

any help much appreciated

First, you could tell what kind of display adapter you have in your PC?

What kind of ports does the adapter have?
