I have a rca d52w20 tv. Its a few years old. No hdmi imputs and only 1080i support no 720. anyway I love my tv. BUT, whenever I watch something in HD, it seems to zoom in on the picture just a little. Not much. I only notice it on channels like espn where it cuts off the ticker on the bottom of the screen. It takes away about half of the ticker. The same goes for xbox 360. I love the picture on my tv and i think its a great tv but its driving me crazy. Anyone ever hear of a problem like this?

Also, I bought a dvd player that can upconvert dvd's to 1080i but it requires hdmi. My tv doesnt have hdmi so is there anyway around this or am i stuck at 480p?

I'm not familiar with your set but I'm guessing if it has an option to turn overscan on or off then you could try that.
