I'm trying to set up another monitor but not having much success. On the 2nd display, I can see the desktop image but no icons or tool bar. I can drag the cursor over to the second display but not much more. I don't know if it matters but I'm using Omega driver with my Radeon card. My OS is XP PRO service pck2.

THis is a pretty dumb question that i am asking, but have you dragged an icon over to the other side?

Is possible to play a game on one monitor and another application on the other?

Not sure how correct I am but I will take a stab at it...striker68 you have everything correct. The way you have your dual-screen setup is like an "extended" desktop. You are not supposed to have the icons on both screens. The set-up you have now is for multi-tasking....meaning you can have two IE browsers open at a time or have two app windows showing(for ex.). You can always change the settings to do a "clone" type set-up, which will allow you to do one thing on one screen and it will mirror on your second monitor. Not sure what your trying to do though...

Striker68===> don't think you can play a game on one monitor and still operate the app on the other side because if you think about it...you are using the mouse and keyboard functions in the game!

Not sure if I was any help!

Thanks. Yeah I finally figured it out and no you cannot play on one and another app on the other. But it's working great! Just wish I had two LCD's, for now it's LCD/VGA.
