I have Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2.0. Every file I encode will play ok in my dvd player, but halfway through, the audio will start from the beggining. I am using xvid files as my source and Ulead is converting them to dvd. I can put 4 xvids on a disc, and each file will play fine until about halfway, and then the audio starts from the beggining of that particular video. Same happens when I put just one on a disc. Is this a known problem? I've also tried Intervideo WinDVD Creator, but it only produces bad discs(wont play in my dvd players at all). also tried VSO DivxtoDVD and same thing, bad discs.

I am encoding ntsc xvids to ntsc dvd.
the files themselves seem to be the problem, because they play the same way on my pc.

I mainly use DivxToDVD for transcoding. For avis, I would often change the codec to video: XviD, audio: Mpeg Layer 3. VSO and most other programs (e.g. Nero, DVDSanta) appear to like this combination very much.
