alright i have no clue what i just did, or how i got here, but oh well, maybe u can help, i um have kazaa, and when i go to press search for something, its exits, then when i go down to the toolbar by the time and programs running, it just dissapears, what do i do? dan
First off try uninstalling, rebooting then re-installing. When you installed it did you alter any of the settings?

You don't need to uninstall. Just re-install the program, and check the box to "Delete all Kazaa registy keys".
No you won't lose anything, if your worried about it transfer your files. You need to reinstall the program. It will pop a window on what options you want installed ... look for the box to delete all kazaa registry keys.

The thought did cross my mind Did you save the Kazaa download? If not, just download it again. Open the file and install it. I like using Kazaa Lite, because it supposedly doesn't have the spyware & adware that Kazaa has. When I install kazaalite, a window comes up "Select Components" ... scroll down to see if there is an option to "Delete all Kazaa registry". Or ... you can do it the old fashioned way. Click Start -> Control Panel -> add/remove programs -> remove Kazaa -> always good to reboot -> download and install Kazaa

ok i reinstalled it right and it does the sme thing, so i uninstall the WHOLE thing then go back and download it again and it doesnt work, so i uninstall that and download kazaalite, and that doesnt work either, what is it, my problem again is that it comes up and i go to search for a song and i click on search and then it automatically exits, then i go down to the toolbar by the clock that shows all of the running programs and click on kazaa and it disapperes right when i "hover" right over it and start to click, whats goin on, what do i have to do? dan
