I downloaded a video file in .avi format and am trying to play it on DivX but am unable to get any sound out of it. When played it pops up a message stating.... "This file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio (code "8192") format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file." I went online and downloaded and installed the DirectShow decoder onto my computer but am still unable to hear any sound... It is beginning to be a bit frustrating. I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled it several times. I have restarted computer and tried other programs to play the file in but no matter what i do I am unable to get any sound out of it. Can someone please help!?!?! I would really appreciate the help
