Unable to make Nero 9 Vision work

    I just recently bought and downloaded Nero 9 and everything works except for Nero Vision. The error message I get when I attempt to open Nero Vision is: Unable to load imaging subsystem. Make sure the program is installed properly.

    I have removed Nero 9 and reinstalled it several times using the download version and the Nero installation disk. I have emailed Nero tech and so far they haven't been much help.

    Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to get Nero Vision to work on my Vista Ultimate computer?

    Thanks and a very good try grampyga but I have the latest installer and I also have all the files he mentioned but please keep your eyes open for me because Vision still doesn't work.
