Unable to read from file percents????

    this is the error message i get during burning. it just started doing this, and im not sure how to fix it. it wont burn anything anymore without this error. i have not installed anything or done anything at all to my computer. please help. thank you.

    my nero is version recode 2.2.6.16. i am using dvd+rw memorex. dvd burner is lite-on dvdrw. os is winxp sp1.
    amd athlon 2400+2ghz
    640 mb ram

    need LAST section of Nero's logfile. i don't know where Recode records it's logfile, however Nero Burning Rom writes to c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log, post last section of that, but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar
