How can I record songs from free internet sites eg http://www.dishant.com to my hard drive and then make a cd to listen in my car?

There are two software which I have downloaded. 1.URLSnooper102_Souxin.com.exe 2.StreamboxVcrSuite2.exe I read your repons and I am really very thankful.
