using xp using officejet g55 i cannot find any info about my printer on my pc cannot find toolbox cannot find out how much ink icartridges looked in control panel in add remove nothing help please

Well the file you downloaded is a .exe (executable) So just double click on it to run it... Is that what you meant?
Well download the file from that link ddp gave you. Then when you have downloaded it, double click on the file and it will open and run for you.
How big is your Hard drive? (Go into My Computer and right click C drive - then go to properties to find out.) Tell me the space available on disk
