Universal Remote Control help

    I have a currys essential c15digb10 tv and had to get a new remote so i got the currys essential 2in1 crc2n110 i have entered the codes from the manual but still can not get it to work any help on this please

    it's the tv not the remote

    went back to too currys got new remote off a different tv and it worked fine
