When using copy of a copy It starts out 'burn process started...' then I get unknown burnphase then another then burn process started and it continues to the end. What is unknown burnphase?
vinalcape The best thing to do is to post your last log from Nero c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log - remember to edit out the serial #'s 1axxxxxxxx Are you burning on the fly? That can cause problems.
