Try renaming it 'filename.ISO' and 1) 'Mount' with Alcohol 120% and look in the virtual drive (E:\, maybe) or 2) open it with WinISO (a CloneCD file should have the its associated .SUB so it cannot be a .CCD file unless you lost some parts): do you manage to tackle with it?
More, didn't you a .NFO (ASCII: open it with Notepad) file describing it where you got that file?
Maybe, if you manage, open it with Notepad (or, better, Total Commander F3-View that is capable to view, without opening them, also HUGE files) and post it the fost lines that appear (Don't save it with Notepad when you close it!!!).

For instance, a .ZIP file appears:
    PK !³%/·ÖöÅpfÕÂh_zenya.EXE$zgXS[îN!B)**¢(¢(½ƒ¨Ä¨G,€?€.....

where PK means 'PKZIP' and zenya.exe is one the files included in the .ZIP archive.

I might recognize the file looking your post(But today..holydays! I might not able to answer to you).

    Bye, Aldaco12
