i have inserted the code but the phone does nothing.

 

Power The Phone On
Enter codes WITHOUT spaces.
Press # From The Screen
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #
If you see"Code error", don't try again!!!

 

With or without SIM card? i triyed without sim card but still nothing

EDIT: The simcard that I inserted into the phone is the O2 Locked, do i need insert my new provider sim card to unlock?

 

I have you answered.Not other.And ive not said you -without sim.

 

If your phone locked to-O2-Germany-code is correct.
Try other sim,possible,already unlocked.

This phone willnot ork in Mexicther network cowerage.

 

Finally i can unlock the phone!!!

I insert a SIM CARD from another provider
Click "Undo"
Then Insert the code.
