    to unlock remove simm card and power on phone
    there are 2 codes provided if the first doesnt work try the second

    Recommended CODE :#pw+287405407556514 +7#
    #pw+299025210762434+1#


    how to get the p and w and +

    Remove SIM CARD !
    Type #
    Then press the * key 3times (you should get a "p")
    Then press the * key 4times (you should get a "w")
    Then press the * key 2times (you should get a "+")
    Then enter: 287405407556514
    Then press the * key 2times(you should get a "+")
    Then enter: 7
    Enter: #
