I still dont understand u purchased ur phone from UNIFON and they went out of business and movistar took over is that crrect? look on the home screen of your phone it should say the network name the screen that your phone shows when it's on standby eg: t-mobile, AT&T, o2, vodaphone etc tell me the mobile provider's name and i will help you. u can also go to network settings in the phone and see the network name it operates on or it may be listed under the company name i can giv u a code for UNIFON if u would like to try it to unlock ur phone. also please ensure u giv me the correct IMEI code
Yes you are right, they changed their name. (it is Telefonica in the end) the IMEI is correct. I can try with the UNIFON one unless it could bring problems when failing.
