    No I am still waiting for help... I guess I will be stuck with a phn that I cannot use.... Which stinks....

    If you go on ebay, there is a place in chicago, mail your phone in, they will unlock it. I bought a new x495 pay as you go on T-Mobile, shipped it on the day before thanksgiving by priorty mail. Got is back on monday. Be advised that they cannot change the wap browser.
