I do not specifically know if it works for other IMEIs, my IMEI is 357812011738025. You can give it a try, if it didn't work, there is one guy on e-bay who can do it for you. He charged me only 10$ to give me the code and it took less than 24 hours. the code is diferent for every IMEI number. they generate the code thru a logarithm. try to figure out that ....if possible
