I have tried 4 times now when I have unlocked previous phones in the past its not been that hard boohoo!Thought I had bought a bargain for my Mums Xmas present.What should I do? Thanks for any help.

Phone bought this week brand new from Tesco(UK). Locked to Tesco mobile and I want to put 02 into it. I tried 4 codes off the forum pages and have the can not undo the restriction message. IMEI is 354548010346880 RM-166

Each phone is unique. You can not use a a code given for a different phone. Your phone must be hard locked by now but you can try one more time. #pw+888601601676722+7# Your code:Try this ONCE and ONCE only. Remember, you only get 3 to 5 tries. If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries. To enter code: Make sure battery is charged. Remove sim first. Power on. Ignore “Insert SIM” Press the # key. then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and + Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \ Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT Press * 2 times quickly for (+) / and the rest of the code--- Begin with # and end with #. I have just followed your instructions and again it says cannot undo restriction I think it is well and truly hard locked. Is there anything at all I can do? I will probably have to take the phone back to store. I have anotherphone that I have not yet tried to un lock will you please help me with this? Good news. Thanks for letting us know. There should be a phone shop at your local market that will have the equipment to unlock phones.
