unlock codes for a nokia 3595 phone

    I desperately need to unlock my Nokia 3595 cell phone. The IMEI is 010322006954664 and it's locked in to AT&T in the United States. HELP!

    You were correct...how did you know? The correct IMEI is as follows: 010322006954644.
    Once the phone is unlocked, how do I program it to work with another provider?

    No programming, just insert the other sim and turn it on.
