its ok to unlock the hd and put it in another xbox right? and i wont loose any data? i need to hotswap.
There are a couple ways to accomplsih that but no, you won't lose any data. Of course the hdd's EEPROM will need to be changed to the new xbox's once unlocked and installed but your data should be safe.
