    I turn off the phone, removed the chip, turn it on, set the code and get NOT ALLOWED message, i have read that this means that you have run out of chances to unlock by keypad, i got the phone new and i'm the only user, do you think the company did me a "favor" using five wrong codes to make it hard locked before selling it to me?
