i got a nokia 3220b which is locked from cingular....when i try to insert other gsm sim card it says phone restricted.....its asking enter restriction code------------can anyone help me to unlock it????

its unlocked....but got another problem and that is im not able to use other network sim card exect orange......can we unlock to neutral sim card....so that it will accept at company sims?????

Can't change the frequency for the phone. It's unlocked as much as it will unlock.
