try this. go online to the manufacturer's website and check the phone specs and the GSM frequency it operates on.... dual-band- operates on only 2 GSM frequencies Tri-band- operates on 3 GSM frequencies Quad band- operateson on all 4 GSM frequencies your phone will fall into one of these catergories. next call up the mobile company and ask them what mobile frequency that they use. in order for your phone to work with them, your phone must be unlocked and must work on the frequency that the mobile provider operates on
