AT&T may provide you with a code but only if they want to. Sometimes they will not mess with it and you have to keep trying until you get a rep that will. Never enter codes on either of the phones yourself because you will hard lock them. Wait for a code from them. This is not something they will do in the store because they don't have the equipment for it. They will request the code from Nokia and then they will notify you of the code.
