unlocking 6300

    i have a 6300 i tried unlocking it i read couple of posts here and there , i already put in 2 codes and did not work means i have 3 more codes to put it before my phone is completely locked if someone can help it'll be greatly appreciated my imei is 354827015786716, Canada, fido
