6280 is a BB5 Nokia which means you will need to try and get your code from the original service provider, but will cost. There is no other way (at this time) to unlock it.

The 6280 can not be unlocked by anyone but the network provider the mobile is locked to. People claiming they can unlock any BB5 phone are nothing but liars and con artists.
