Hi experts I have seen a fair few threads on this site (and others) with unlocking codes for the Nokia 1600 locked to the Orange network (UK). I just wanted to know, does it matter what the IMEI code is to try out the unlocking code provided (on this site and others)? I have a couple of Nokia 1600, both locked to the Orange network (UK) and wish to unlock them for my kids to use with pay as you go sims. If the IMEI does matter then they are: Phone 1 - IMEI: 357946002467648 Phone 2 - IMEI: 357946002463076 The firmware number on both is v3.08 (RH-64) I will await your response before trying anything out. Thank you very much for that MCCRASH Note for other users: If you want an unlock code fast then I would recommend that you start a new thread for a very fast and efficient response (unlike me, I took the slow root, replied to an existing post, was told that I had to start a new post, started a new post etc etc etc
