Hello, Thank you for that. Although it did not work.... I had no problems entering all of the info & all was correct. What is suppose to happen after you press the last # ? I replaced the new sim card and it said "Restricted" What did I do wrong?
Thank you for that! Although it did not work first time.... (I had entered it in on a clear screen) I went to start it again and it said the phone was 'Restricted.' There was a message/link that said "Undo" I pressed that and there was a box that said something like 'Restriction code' I entered the numbers there and Presto!!! I am so pleased!! I am real Newbie with phones so that fact I was able to do it was incredible! Thanks you so much for your help. You're wonderful! Many Thanks da88
