I use Vista and I just installed nero 7.5.7.0. Im trying to create an iso of a game disc I have and copy it to my hard drive. Im using the burning rom save track option to save it as an iso file. It copys until about 75% when its gives me an error and says Unspecified Recorder Error then it cancels it. I upgraded my firmware and im not sure why it wont allow this. I use SONY DVD RW DRU-830A burner. Any help would be great. Thanks
I haven't copied any game discs, but have you thought about using a decryption program? I use DVDFabdecrypter for DVDs, I heard of others using DVDFree to decrypt on the fly. Again, I've never done game disks, but most retail DVDs have some sort of decryption which you have to break before copying.
