I have 5 files all AVI that won't play. They did at one time but not now. I have tried Gspot and another video codec resource tool and both tell me that I need a 4cc codec VSMC. I have even tried to use videofix.com tool to repair but no go. When I view the contents of the files in notepad they show all the symbols and text of a video file and are all about 19 mgs a piece. I know there is someone much smarte then me in here that can help me please.
When you Right click on the AVI file and go to "Properties" what Codec does it say that the Files are compressed With???
