Hey folks, I have normal gotten my DS cards from computer fairs and never had any problems. My friend wanted to get her self one but I had never brought online and after doing a search on this forum I found alot of people recommending this website called pcjerry. I gave the address to my friend to order the card, she ordered one of the cards and paid extra for express delivery. She kept checking to see if the item had been posted but it hadn't. She contacted them by e-mail to see what was going on. They eventually got back to her to tell her they had non in stock! They never said this anywhere on their website but they where very happy to carry on taking orders for the cards and most importantly taking PAYMENTS FOR SOMETHING THEY DON'T HAVE! They didn't even have the decency to give her a call to let her know she had to chase them, though they should never allow orders to be placed for items they don't have. My advice is to avoid these cowboys with quite clearly very poor customer service. Any one recommend a decent seller in the UK?
strange usually get out of stock on jerrys sight must have been rare genuine error in my experiance but who knows things do change and have not bought there in while but when i did would get 20 to 40 at a time no worrys except once like you but got money refund second i asked for it. you go else where you may get burned seems teething problem but jerry is genuine, dundeedchipshop.co.uk is good as well
Update on this, he got in touch with my friend and told her customs and excise seized his shipment and have sent it to Nintendo to see if its counterfeit. Sounds like a load of rubbish to me! Why would they send it to Nintendo to see if its counterfeit, the new R4 teams have nothing to do with Nintendo. If they sent them to the original R4 manufacture to see if they are counterfeit then that would make sense. She has now got a refund but she's waited over a week for him to get back to her about it, and as for the reason given its a bit suspect. Very poor customer service, taking money for something he doesn't have then not bothering to contact her about it until a week later. AVOID THIS COWBOY AT ALL COSTS.
not rubbish pal thats what customs did to me and few others i know i kept my letter, these cards are illeagle and seems something getrs lost in wording its counterfeit/counterfeit infringing material and are sent to nintendo to see if they are indeed able to circumvent copyright protection of there machines as they have court ruling on these, once verified by nintendo customs seize send letter listing nintendo as the injured party and its simple as that. had ypou bothered to read few forums would have made sense to you not a load of rubbish. i feel sorry you may find exactly wjhat bad sellers of these cards realy like read forums for the real horror stories, ive bought from them loads and good service fast shipping usualy and bought from others where they send nothing or faulty and you need to fight via paypal or credit card to recover money and wait upto 90 days,,,just watch where you go to buy them then as seriously dodgy market
