when i go to update to nero digital pro it starts installing but then it says that it encountered a problem with nero showtime then i have to close it is it something that can be fixed, please help.
Write down your serial# for Nero (your version) and uninstall, shut down your computer and defrag. Shut down again and reinstall then try your update.
