okay so am looking for a hi-def camcorder and whats taken my eye so far is the sony hdr range. Theres different media options like hardrive, hdv and dvd but, i figured theres not allot of different from the hdv and the hardrive model besides the price is 200pound more. HDR-HC1E HDR-HC3E these are the two models i've been looking into and i cannot decide which does everyone recommend for a visual fx/film student. I want the manual functions aswell as the lazy.
after reading reviews apparently the HC1 has no supernight shooting function and has a problem when capturing to the PC whereas the HC3 is fine.
