Hi , i have an older computer and want to upgrade to
SP2 for win XP . There is only 9gb on my hard drive and
with SP1 there is just about 3gb used. Was just wondering
when i upgrade to SP2 will old files be deleted or will SP2
take up more space on my hard drive. thanks

Some files will be replaced and some files will be added. After SP2 is installed, you'll lose at least 100 MB. The size of the install depends on what's currently installed on your computer. With the space available on your computer, you won't have any problems.
