So is there anyway I could upgrade my memory or graphics card to upgrade my mac?

As I am new to the mac and have been bought up with windows based systems and just felt that the mac was a much better more stable platform.

on the older imacs.. the crt style ones DO have processor upgrades..

depending on what machine it is.. you may be able to do processor upgrades. again on that first site.

RAM is almost always upgradeable. depending on which one you do have some limitations.

    what machine is it?

If your going to plan on buying one buy it with the max specefications you need so you won't have to upgrade it.

if you dont need it maxed out.. why do it..
and depending on what machine it is.. something like a powermac.. you can always find sata drives cheaper for it than what apple charges..

RAM you never want to buy from apple.. there is no such thing as "apple RAM" and they charge you about twice the price for it anyways..

i would recommend a mac mini

if your looking for a better mac you can get the 1 ghz mac mini for 599.99 right now and it is upgradable both in processor graphics and even in memory

it saves you money also because it comes with ilife 06

but you cannot run classic on it
