Hello every1 (my first post here :D)
    okies here goes

    this is my current configuration
    pentium (D) dual core 2.66 (533 fsb)
    1Gb x 2 Transcend Ddr2 ram (800 Mhz)
Intel 965 Mobo (1066 FSB max) (or is it 1033)
    160 gb hdd sata
    80 gb hdd
    Sony Dvd-RW
xfx geforce 8800 gt alpha dog editon (512mb)
    Vip 400W Psu

okies i know many of the things look mismatched (probably cause i bough them seperately,as per availability of cash :) )

    wht i wanna know is,
    1) how would you rate this system? (i mostly use this comp for playing games and watching movies)

    2) Wht all do you think i need to change?? and accorsing to you what should i think about upgrading first?

    3) Would it be possible to overclock the mobo to get faster fsb (seeing as how all core2duo are 1333mhz )

    Welcome to afterdawn!

    Nice rig
all good except ur PSU could be upgraded to a 500W or something around that

other than that its all good :)

u cannot overclock a motherboard. u would need to delve into Pin Hacking to change the multiplier on your Processor but thats too risky

u can however overclock ur processor for better speed etc

Oh i c.. i was under the impression that the way a processor can be Over clocked the motherboard can also be over clocked to run at higher fsb :(
i think i did read somewhere that it can be done... could some1 please tell me for a fact that it cant be done??
