Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to upgrade the hard drive on the xbox? I remember seeing one a while ago but can't find it. I want to put a bigger hard drive in there but also want to keep all the game saves, music, and settings that are on it now. (its already modded and evox installed)
Ok - found the tutorial (my box is hard modded so I will just boot it with evox on cd after I replace it) - but what files do I need to transfer to my pc in order to keep the game saves and music that's on there now? And is there any special hard dive that I should buy? Are all maxtor and western digital's pretty much ok to use?
Now for the bad news - my mod chip is an enigmah so I guess it doesn't support hard drive swapping. Is there anything I can do to set up and/or lock a new hard drive via my pc so I can put it in with this chip? Or do I have to get a new mod chip?
