if you have a full upgrade I would put it in a new folder and edit your evox.ini file to show the 2.4 on your dash get it working then delete 2.3 or use both. there is a up grade verion that you move in to the same folder and let ftp ovewrite old files I would backup 2.3 to pc first. For the bios changes I use flashx nice app for xbox only change min# of banks on chip try new bios for a week or so then flash the rest with any others you would like to try
