UPS has to be the biggest screw-ups ever.i just ordered from supermedia again and now my order has been lost again..the last scan was wednsday after that ..they just straight lost my package again..the 1st time they sent my package to a dry cleaning place... i like shopping with supermedia but if UPS is the only place they use to ship their stuff then im going to go with some other company that uses Fed-Ex....hope no one else is having the problems i'm having
Some companies use UPS in Canada. My experience with them has been less than favourable. They are without a doubt, the most INCOMPETENT carrier I have ever dealt with. I usually get a scan when it departs and another after it has been delivered. I have no idea where it is in between. Yes, I do express my dissatifaction to both the company and UPS. One parcel I had went east to another province, I live on the west coast of Canada???
